Before the start of the 2000
season, the Dallas Morning News wrote a preview
of the top five high school teams in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Note that in all of the Dallas Morning News articles, Bryan is listed as 6'7",
which was his height his junior year. By his senior year, he was 6'8" and remains so.
Berkner High School played in the
Ice Bowl Tournament before the 2000 season.
Afterwards, I was named to the “All‑Tournament Team”.

At the Senior Awards Ceremony at
the end of the 2000 school year, I received the following certificate
in recognition of my being named Most Valuable Player of the Berkner soccer
team.

shows I was named to the All-City Team.
In this case, “City” actually refers to the four high schools in the Richardson
ISD,
three of which are in Richardson and one in Dallas.
The following blurb in the
Richardson News shows I was selected to the All-District Team.
District 9-5A is arguably the toughest soccer district in all of Texas and
includes Plano,
the 2000 State Champions. The All-District Team was selected by the district
coaches.
TASCO named me to their All-Region
Team,
where Region is roughly the eastern quarter of Texas.
